This is an example of how beautiful the final result can be with the right planning. This client bought these 3 images... BIG and gallery wrapped. They look just gorgeous! What an awesome way to remember this special time in their lives! Love it :)
Pike and Staci love to be different. They are very artsy and quite the cool couple. I love it when clients bring tons of options to use during the shoot. That was not a problem for them. They had at least 20 necklaces, 10 earrings, tons of rings, and my list goes on.... quite heavenly if you ask me. I can't wait to see what we do when the baby gets here. Capturing a pregnancy shoot is a great way to have a story in the making. Mommy A. had this gorgeous photo of her taken here at our studio bed. We both thought it would be the perfect image to be displayed in her bedroom. Then my lightning bulb turned on! I thought wouldn't it be great to do the same pose with the baby? oh, how I love it! I think I might get one for myself too. Thanks A!
Nothing inspires me more than when clients bring in their own props! Especially, when that prop is one hundred pounds of gorgeous hair and so sweet. Mommy A says "oh could i bring my dog?" I wasn't imagining this HUGE Dog! Not to mention next to a 6lb. baby. Combine the two and it's the perfect shoot. Thanks guys! More to come soon....keep checking
These three beauties came in for a Mommy & Me shoot. As they were walking in I peeked out the window and told Becky; my assistant : Becky , how in the world am I suppose to photograph those gorgeous girls in 15 minutes, seriously. Look at them they are stunning!. I knew mom would be in trouble. Not only did we capture the relationship shots for Mommy & Me, but individuals of each one. I had to do it. Aren't they just the sweetest!

I remember holding my sweet -brand new baby and feeling such an overwhelming feeling of joy. Feeling so maternal and so complete. So blessed to be given the gift of motherhood. Oh, how I miss those moments. Eventhough, my children still tickle my heart and touch my soul there is something unique about those first few weeks with that new babydoll. Meet mommy C as she was holding her precious lil man -I asked her to close her eyes and it was right there at that moment that she was touched by that incredible feeling of motherhood. Her eyes became wet and her tears rolled down. I get chills just thinking how awesome she felt. Thank you for giving me the honor to capture such a special time in life. It is my gift to U to capture it!

Spring must be in the air because we have had weeks and weeks of precious newborn babies. I live for the moment when they come into the studio and I get to see the new surprise we have been waiting for since the maternity shoot. How tiny? How big? How scrumptious? Oh, and does it have baby breath? Because, God knows I love baby breath. Nope, I am not weird just madly in love with little people.
Meet baby J has a long name for such a lil tiny being. She was the perfect subject. Posed like a queen with her daddy and mommy. Oh and did I mention she broke the record: No pipi or poopie accidents during the shoot. I know parents appreciate when that doesn't occur ;) Hope you enjoy these as much as I have.

As most of you know, I am a jeans and birkenstock kinda gal. Natural things make my heart sing and it just brings out my passion for the simple things in life. Capturing them is even better. This is a perfect example of a pregnancy shoot of a lady who was just naturally beautiful. No need for all the "wow" stuff. Her clothes and accessories were just awesome. She had a bag full of LUCKY brand jewelery (my favorite hippie gal store ;) that made me go NUTS!! Casual beach dresses and this great wrap that I loved. Thanks Heather for making my day a great one.
